Garron Mosley



A native of South Africa, Garron co-founded CARAGON Ireland in 2015. As CTO, Garron’s role is varied, while his primary responsibility is the company’s technology strategy, he does get involved in financials and the occasional client meeting. When he isn’t dedicating his time to data, Garron is an avid athlete and regularly competes in marathons, triathlons and Ironman.

Tony Rudden

Tony co-founded CARAGON in 2015. As CEO, Tony is across all elements of the business with his primary focus being business development and leading CARAGON to the next level. Tony ‘s background is in development and technical sales, with specific medical industry experience. In his spare time, Tony enjoys time with his young family and switches off with his custom built home entertainment system.

Trisha O'Gorman

Trisha O'Gorman



Trisha joined the CARAGON team in 2017 to head up the marketing function. With  over fifteen years marketing experience in sport, construction and loyalty, Trisha brings some diverse experience to the business. Her remit is to create a marketing strategy to help take CARAGON to the next level.  A young family doesn’t leave much spare time but she does make time to train and get to as many gigs as possible.

Sean Reilly


Sitting on our board of directors, Sean joined CARAGON in late 2018. With decades of experience in the pharmacy sector and sitting on a number of other boards (Irish Pharmacy Regulator and the PSI Business Transformation Project), Sean brings a wide range of experience at senior level in the pharmacy sector to the business. In his spare time, Sean is passionate about travelling, loves learning about new cultures and is also involved in various political campaigns, inside and outside of pharmacy.

Mick McGrath


Mick joined CARAGON in June 2016. A student of Computer Science & Physics in Galway and Applied Physics in Maynooth, Mick came to development after a few years on his family’s farm in Tipperary. A key member of the development team, Mick contributes on all projects. Out of the office, Mick is a avid fan of Crossfit and enjoys woodwork, welding and generally taking things apart so he can fix them again (some archetypal developer curiosity that we all benefit from in CARAGON).

Dziugas Pranckevicius


A native of Lithuania but self confessed Tipperary man, Dziugas is a great addition to our development team. A recent graduate of Limerick Institute of Technology, Dziugas achieved a Bsc. in Computing and was self employed as a web developer before he joined us to take on the role of SQL Developer. Outside of work Dziugas enjoys playing the guitar and cycling (not at the same time!)

Alan Finnin


Originally from Limerick but now a native of Clare, Alan has recently joined the CARAGON team for his co-op placement from the University of Limerick. Studying Computer Systems, Alan will be involved in all elements of development and implementation working closely with our development team. Outside of work, Alan has a keen interest in martial arts and loves to try new things such as fencing, any excuse to meet new people!

Deanna Considine


A Clare woman, born and bred, Deanna is a student from the University of Limerick who has joined the marketing team on her co-op placement for the majority of 2019. Alongside studying, Deanna has a keen interest in sport with particular interest in Camogie and likes to  dabble in soccer, supporting none other than Manchester United.

Keith O'Mahony


The newest member of team CARAGON is Keith, from the rebel county, Cork. Returning to the University of Limerickas a mature student, Keith graduated with a degree in Computer Games Development, which is just the kind of motivation and commitment we look for in our team. Keith is responsible for quality assurance and technical support across the business. Outside of work, sport is of interest to Keith, in particular soccer, adding to the dominant Manchester United support in the office. He also enjoys Sci-fi and enjoys traveling when he can.
