CARAGON are a data solutions company, established in 2015 and named as one of Enterprise Ireland’s High Potential Startups in 2016. Our Data Management Platform; CARAGON FLEX is solving problems in the health, retail and real estate sectors. Our IT team now has a vacancy for a full time Support Technician to join the team in the Limerick office.
Reporting to CTO, the ideal candidate will:
Ideally have a 3rd level IT related degree.
Have 1 to 2 years experience working in a technical environment. Specific experience in a software or data environment would be an advantage, but not essential.
Be fluent in English (written and spoken).
Have experience of testing software.
Have experience of a customer support role.
Have knowledge of data, databases and cloud environments.
Be very organised, process driven and an excellent communicator.
Enjoy working in a fast paced startup environment and possibly be interested in progressing into a development role.
Quality assurance on daily data extractions and trouble-shooting to identify issues.
Remote installations of our ETL software on client sites.
Assist on customer implementations of software.
Software application testing.
Assist the development team on project tasks as needed.
Customer support for day to day issues.
